Civil Litigation Partner
We seek a seasoned civil litigator with 8-10 years experience, including first chair trial experience, to join our established litigation practice in Cleveland or Columbus.
Our 10-lawyer firm has an exceptional reputation in the areas of Litigation, Toxic Tort, Environmental, and Safety. We routinely litigate complex matters against high profile firms involving multi-million dollar exposure to asbestos, silica and petrochemicals. We are recognized by Chambers USA as a Band One firm in Natural Resources and Environmental law, and 10 of our attorneys are nationally recognized.
Candidates must have a portable, self-sustaining book of business, or a developing book with an excellent track record. Toxic tort, products liability, industrial exposure, insurance defense, construction, complex litigation or books in other areas complementary to the firm’s existing practice areas are ideal. An entrepreneurial spirit, business development mindedness, and leadership skills are required in addition to exceptional work product. Candidates must be confident leading a team of associates and paralegals, developing and implementing litigation strategy, building long-term relationships with clients, securing work streams, and supporting the litigation needs of our Environmental and Safety practices. An Ohio license is required.
