We are seeking an associate for our Cleveland or Columbus office.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of meaningful experience in environmental law, with strong substantive knowledge of multiple federal and state regulatory programs and the skill set to apply that knowledge in both transactional and litigation settings. You need not have experience in all facets of environmental law but should have particular strengths in several core areas. We seek a well-rounded individual with strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills who works effectively as a team or independently. An entrepreneurial spirit, business development mindedness, and leadership skills are also prerequisites for success at our firm.
This is a unique opportunity to join a respected, collegial partnership of entrepreneurial lawyers who enjoy working with each other, our dedicated support staff, and our clients to obtain exceptional results. We value independence and self-direction while offering challenging and rewarding client engagement and leadership opportunities. We remain committed to flexible work arrangements, recognizing that work-life balance considerations change throughout the career of all attorneys and that flexibility is one way to retain a diverse and inclusive talent pool.
