Oil and Gas

McMahon DeGulis LLP attorneys have extensive experience in environmental and energy law in Ohio, so we are uniquely positioned to evaluate the critical issues related to Oil and Gas.  The Utica and Marcellus Shale drilling operations are changing the energy landscape in Ohio and the attorneys at MD are well positioned to serve the regulatory, environmental and transactional needs of our clients.

We assist clients in negotiating leases and obtaining permits, licenses, siting authorizations and other regulatory approvals from federal, state and local agencies for proposed energy projects.  Our experience in environmental compliance counseling also allows us to offer a strategic focus.

Our goal is to negotiate oil and gas leases that balance the needs of our clients with a high level of environmental stewardship.
