Erin has a broad range of experience, including litigation of complex corporate issues and counseling clients on the impact of a variety of state and federal environmental regulations.






Erin is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.



Erin has advised clients on issues related to federal, state and local environmental regulation, municipal law, construction and development, land use, real estate and Right to Know Law. Her experience includes transactional items such as contract drafting and negotiation, document review, as well as drafting and reviewing requests for proposals.

Erin has managed all aspects of complex commercial litigation including research, discovery and motion practice, as well as managing cases through the appeals process. In certain situations, she has resolved litigated disputes through Summary Judgment motions or favorable settlements. She has conducted extensive research and provided analysis of relevant legal issues.

Erin has counseled clients on insurance coverage issues and advised on emerging issues in insurance law.

In her role as Assistant City Solicitor for a major U.S. municipality, Erin was responsible for providing interpretations of local regulations and counseling clients with respect to implications of various policy decisions. She developed and implemented the standard Stormwater Management Practices Operations & Maintenance Agreement, and assisted with individual agreements, execution and recording. Additionally, she drafted new rate regulations, including new rate reallocation and served as a member of the Stormwater Management Service Charge implementation working group.

Erin received her BA in Environmental Studies from Lake Forest College and her JD from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Environmental Law Journal.
