MD Attorney Named “One to Watch”

Congratulations to Lee Slone who was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2025 Edition). Lee was recognized in the Columbus area for his work in Environmental Law. This is the second year that Lee has been recognized.

Lee’s practice focuses on counseling and defending private and public sector clients of all sizes in environmental and energy matters. He primarily advises clients on issues related to federal, state and local environmental regulation, pre-purchase environmental due diligence in real estate, land development, land use, energy projects, permit review and enforcement defense. He has significant litigation experience.

Ones to Watch honorees typically have been in practice for five to nine years, focusing on one or more of the 77 areas of expertise that are reviewed. The methodology for determining these awards is the same as the one used to select Best Lawyers: a peer-review survey in which lawyers within their own geographic region nominate their peers.
