MD Welcomes New Attorney

McMahon DeGulis LLP is pleased to announce that Lee A. Slone has joined the firm as a Senior Attorney. Mr. Slone will continue his practice advising clients in environmental and energy transactions and regulatory compliance, as well as representing clients in complex litigation. Mr. Slone will be based in the firm’s Columbus and Cincinnati offices.

With over 15 years in the legal field, Mr. Slone provides well-rounded, practical environmental counsel to his clients. He primarily advises clients on issues related to federal, state and local environmental regulation, pre-purchase environmental due diligence in real estate, land development, land use, permit review, and enforcement defense. Mr. Slone has litigated complex matters in the areas of surface water, drinking and groundwater, and wastewater. Prior to his recent work in private practice, Mr. Slone served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio, where he litigated matters in courts throughout the state and worked directly with Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water and Division of Drinking and Groundwater.
