Our culture supports retaining and promoting female lawyers. Our firm was founded over 20 years ago by attorneys with young children at home who set out to prove that lawyers can earn a living and have a rich family life. This approach has been woven into the fabric of our firm and today we have a culture where diversity flourishes. We achieve this by retaining and promoting lawyers and valuing the input and experience of all partners, associates and staff. We retain talent by providing part-time and flexible work arrangements, while at the same time offering challenging and rewarding client engagement and leadership opportunities.
Our female partners are not only leaders within the firm, but leaders in their fields and in their communities. The firm supports the practice development of its lawyers by supporting their professional causes, nominating them for awards and leadership programs, providing time during the work day to attend marketing and professional development events, and encouraging them to take on community and industry leadership roles.
